We offer customized flexible polyurethane systems for your durable, comfortable and high performance foam production in a wide range such as HR foams, low permanent deformation, non-flammable, low density and special lo-emission foams. Polyurethane foams used in all applications are shaped with molding methods in the current technology. Liquid formulated polyol and isocyanate are reacted with a polyurethane dosing machine and injected into aluminum or epoxy-polyester coated and closed molds. The foam reaches a flexible structure and cures with the shape of the mold. This foam also can be strenghtened with frames and be vacuumed with fabrics, leather and artificial leather. Noe, polyurethane foams are memorable. The development of polyurethane raw materials and consequently novel foam production technologies have introduced semi-flexible and flexible viscoelas-tic systems to medical health care products and turniture & bedding applications.

The foam which has internal flexible and open cell structure and a hard and partly flexible skin is called integral Foam. Integral skin foams are formulated by using new generation of high performance alternative blowing agents. These foams are reacted and molded using low and high pressure polyurethane dosing machines for different densities and hardnesses in the final part of the production.
